
Heating cycle generator
1. The LCJR series products can be continuously heated up and down from room temperature to 300 ℃.
2. The entire circulation pipeline is sealed, and there is no oil mist evaporation at high temperatures. The heat transfer oil will not be oxidized or browned. Equipped with the function of calibrating the internal circulation temperature probe PT100.
3. The heating cycle accurately controls the temperature of the materials or media inside the reaction device or jacket; Temperature control accuracy: ≤± 0.5 ℃
4. Adopting a feedforward adaptive programmable controller, the temperature of the reaction kettle material can be accurately controlled, and the system does not overshoot or callback during the control process.
5. It can store up to 25 sets of programs, and each set of programs can write 45 segments, fully ensuring the temperature requirements under different material conditions. Users only need to adjust the demand program according to different materials to achieve precise temperature control, avoid manual operation during the process, and improve product stability.
6. Color touch screen 7-inch display and input, control system provides: USB interface, RS232 interface, PT100 input interface, fault alarm output interface. The temperature process control curve chart can be displayed on a high-resolution color touch screen, including oil temperature, set target value, and reaction kettle material control temperature value, making it easy to query the entire process control situation. By using a USB data storage interface, the entire temperature control process data can be recorded by simply inserting a USB flash drive.
