3. It can store up to 25 sets of programs, and each set of programs can write 45 segments, fully ensuring the temperature requirements under different material conditions. Users only need to adjust the demand program according to different materials to achieve precise temperature control, avoid manual operation during the process, and improve product stability.
3. Color 7-inch touch screen display and input; The control system provides: USB interface, RS232 interface, PT100 input interface, and fault alarm output interface.
4. The temperature process control curve chart can be displayed on a high-resolution color touch screen, including oil temperature, set target value, and reaction kettle material control temperature value, making it easy to query the entire process control situation. By using a USB data storage interface, the entire temperature control process data can be recorded by simply inserting a USB flash drive. The fully enclosed design of the heat transfer oil circulation pipeline ensures the safety of the experiment and the service life of the heat transfer oil, without oil mist or water absorption. The refrigeration unit adopts French Taikang compressor and high-temperature magnetic driven circulation pump, with stable performance and reliable quality.
5. It has self diagnostic function; Refrigerator overload protection; High pressure switch, overload relay, thermal protection device and other safety protection functions. High head design, suitable for long-distance transportation of thermal conductive media, using a variety of environmentally friendly refrigerants to meet environmental requirements.
